Internationally known cigarettes STATE EXPRESS 555 — Defendant dealing in the cigarettes under the label PEACOCK but the packaging am trade dress whereof identical or deceptively similar to that of the plaintiffs cigarettes — Relief of permanent injunction granted — Decree of damages also passed for recovery of damages in the sum of Rs 25,000/- from each of the defendants, in favour of the plaintiff.
