Territorial jurisdiction & Cause of action what constitutes?

Doctrine of substantial justice .
Trademark 'PRICOL' . No whisper either in the Memorandum of appeal or during the course of argument regarding any prejudice caused to the appellants on account of the trial of the suit by the Madras High Court . Since substantial justice has been done, on this score the appellate Court should not interfere with the order of the trial Court . Appeals dismissed
